 Rawon
material
300 grams of lean beef rather
100 grams of green onion, slices were
2 bay leaves
4 kaffir lime leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 cm galangal, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

How To Make
1)      Boil the beef was cut into small pieces until boiling.
2)      Heat some cooking oil, saute until fragrant spices are blended with lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, and orange leaves. Remove and put into stew meat seasoning.
3)      Boil again until cooked through and tender beef. Water is added according to taste.
4)      Season with pepper powder and salt.Insert slices of green onion, stir well and remove from heat.
5)      Serve with rice and a sprinkling of complementary rawon fried onions, salted egg, fried tempeh, shrimp crackers, bean sprouts short.
6)      Rawon ready to serve.
